The HP ProCurve 2650 (J4899B) is a fifty port switch featuring 48 10/100 Ethernet ports, plus two dual personality ports. The dual personality ports of the ProCurve 2650 can be either Ethernet or SFP+ with Gigabit speeds. This enterprise level ProCurve switch is a managed, Layer 2 switch. Being rack mountable means you can stack multiple switches thus saving tremendous space. The ProCurve 2650 provides 13.6 Gbps of wire-speed non-blocking bandwidth through the switch. Basic IP routing is enabled by the switch and provides routing for up to 16 external routes, including a default rout-in IP networks.
