The Plantronics Savi 740 Wireless Headset (83542-01) is a unique, multi-connectivity headset. With the Savi 740, you're no longer tied down to a headset for just a desk phone or cellphone. Now users can use a single headset system to connect to a PC, mobile phone, and desk phone. All of this connectivity comes in a compact wireless headset package that boasts numerous features.
The Savi W740 offers a talk range of up to 350 feet from the base. Combined with the option of three different wear styles, the Savi 740 is a comfortable option for those who frequently need to move about the office. The Savi 740 can be worn on the ear, over the head with an optional headband, or behind the neck with an optional neckband.
The Plantronics makes use of DECT wireless technology. DECT utilizes a different spectrum that minimizes the effects of interference from signals such as Wi-Fi.
