The Dell Networking S4048-ON switch is a powerful data center designed switch designed for rapid deployment of data in modern network environments. The Dell S4048-ON is an open networking switch, taking advantage of industry standard server platforms. The switch has 48 10GbE SFP+ fiber ports along with six 40GbE QSFP uplink ports that can be broken out to additional 10GbE SFP+ ports with the use of breakout cables. The Dell Networking S4048-ON has dual power supplies that are redundant and hot-swappable.
