Dell PowerConnect 2748 Gigabit 48 Port Network Switch
The Dell PowerConnect 2748 is a Gigabit network switch designed for use in small offices or home offices that require high performance connectivity. The PowerConnect provides 48 ports of Gigabit Ethernet connectivity that can be deployed to any device in your small business' network. The PowerConnect 2748 features are designed to minimize administrative management while still improving network traffic control. In addition to Gigabit speeds, the switch can be used to deliver 10 Megabit and 100 Megabit speeds as well.
The PowerConnect 2748 can be used in either managed or unmanaged modes. In Managed mode, the PowerConnect 2748 can be programmed through an easy, simple to use web browser based GUI. The switch supports advanced features such as quality of service (QoS) priorities, port mirroring, and VLAN management. Four SFP combo ports are included for users who need fiber ports in their network equipment.
