The Adtran Total Access 924e 2nd Gen (4242924L2) features four T1 network interfaces (two of the T1's can be configured for DSX-1 applications), 16 FXS ports, 8 FXO ports, two 10/100 BaseT interfaces, a single FXO interface and an IP Router. The 924e utilizes SIP or MGCP for VoIP applications, which provides interoperability with softswitches, servers, and more! The 924e, like other Total Access 900 series routers, can be managed through the standard CLI (Command Line Interface). However, the 900 series can also be managed via a web GUI with step by step instructions.
