The Adtran 1200312L3 is a 24-channel card that compresses 16 G.711 calls into 144 G.723.1 phone calls. The Adtran 1200312L3 can compress up to 24 DS0 circuits into G.723.1 calls at 6:1 compression ratio. The card can be use with Adtran Atlas 550 IADs.
