The SmartBits LAN-3201A is a single port Gigabit Ethernet testing module. The LAN-3201A provides a 1000Base-X port that can test performance and interoperability of network devices. The module can be used to test full wire-rate traffic generation and analysis. The LAN-3201 can simulate 8,192 end users on a network at full Gigabit speed. The LAN-3201 follows the IEEE 802.3z specification.
