The Avaya SBM24 is a 24 button add on module for Avaya 9600 IP phones. The SBM24 provides 24 line appearances or extension appearances. With a large self labeling display, the LCD screen presents the names of lines or extensions programmed into the SBM24 button module. Up to three SBM24 modules can be programmed per phone, and up to 42 SBM24 modules can be supported per system.
