The IP720 features fifteen programmable buttons, speakerphone, built-in headset jack/port, call waiting indicator light, multi-line LCD screen, integrated Ethernet switch and PoE module. The Altigen IP720 can be powered by your PoE switch, or the optional power supply. The backlit display allows you to see your screen in all light conditions, while the full duplex speakerphone turns your Altigen 720 into the perfect conference phone. For those who require hands-free communication, the built-in headset jack comes in very handy for call centers or users that need to type while on the phone. A Gigabit network switch is included with the phone for high speed data transfer from the network to your PC. The Altigen IP 720 can display realtime statistics on the workgroup, perfect for service agents and supervisors to track call flow.
