The Allworx Automatic Call Distribution license for your Allworx Connect 536 or 530 system, also known as ACD, allows you to distribute calls across 10 defined queues in four different distribution modes: linear priority, round-robin, longest idle, and ring all. The Allworx Automatic Call Distribution license supports up to 30 external calls per queue for a maximum of 30 external calls across all queues.
