Allworx 6x License View ACD 8210111
The Allworx 6x License View ACD 8210111 provides you with real-time dashboards of ACD agents and queue performances, plus historical call usage reports. With the Allworx View ACD license, you can create dashboards as you need them and you can also set restrictions so that data is only being accessed and seen by those that are authorized.
Note: There are requirements for this license which are: System Software 7.7.5.5 or higher, Windows Server 2008R2 or higher (not included), Requires Allworx 6X View License (8210110) and Allworx 6X Automatic Call Distribution ACD (8210050).
