The Adtran MX2800 Redundant Multiplexer w/ Modem 4205290L2 provides DS3 bandwidth consolidation with built-in 1:1 redundancy. The MX2800 multiplexes twenty-eight T1 signals or twenty-one E1 signals into a single DS3 circuit. This Adtran multiplexer bundle comes with the chassis, two AC power supply modules, two controller cards with modems, one patch panel, two patch cables, a console cable, and rack mounts. The redundancy features of this Adtran unit allow for 100% up-time because the modules and cards are hot swappable.
