The Adtran 1204004L2 provides 2B+D ISDN BRI dial backup via RJ-45 U-interface (1B+D in IQ 310 with 56/64k DDS NIM). The module re-establishes physical layer and Frame Relay signaling in the event of primary link failure, loss of LMI, or loss of PVC.
