The Mitel wireless headset is a special headset system designed to be used on the Mitel 5300 IP series of phones. The headset is made by Jabra and uses DECT 6.0 1.9 GHz technology to ensure interference free communication. The Mitel 50005522 part number includes the actual headset/ear piece, headband, and charging cradle. The cordless accessories module 50005521 is not included, but it's a required piece for this headset to work. If you do not have the cordless accessories module you will need the Mitel 50005712 headset bundle instead.
