The Mitel 5550 IP Console (50003071) is programmable IP console for Mitel Communications Director (MCD). The Mitel 50003071 is a specialized tool for calling agents and corporate agents. The Mitel 5550 provides a wealth of advanced features such as dynamic history driven search that can auto dial past numbers, hot desk login support, call forward status, and direct station selectors. A dual handset / headset port combo can be used for training new agents. Calls sent or forwarded to the wrong extension can be recovered by the Mitel 5550 console (50003071).
