The Inter-Tel ECX 2000 Encore Phone (618.5020) is a digital phone that was designed for the Inter-Tel (or Mitel) Encore CX and 3000 phone systems. A large display and six soft keys makes this phone practical, elegant, and very functional. The Inter-Tel ECX 2000 is menu driven, includes four fixed feature keys, and an additional sixteen programmable keys. The sixteen programmable buttons on the Inter-Tel 618.5020 have dual colored LED indicators which allow you to view the status of the extension(s) or line(s). Another great feature of the Inter-Tel ECX 2000 is a speakerphone for hands free communication and an auto detecting headset port.
