The 3Com DC Power Supply (p/n: 3C10444-US) are designed to work with 3Com NBX phones. The 3Com power supply is for when power over Ethernet is not available at the end user's desk. These power supplies are a substitute for a PoE switch. 3Com power supplies (3C10444-US) are designed for 110V US outlets.
