The HP 3400CL-48G is an enterprise level Gigabit network switch. The J4906A is a layer 3, managed network switch that is designed for networks that want to deploy Gigabit to the desktop. The HP Procurve 3400CL-48G provides 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports, four of which can be used as SFP fiber ports. An additional optional rear bay provides for either stacking or 10Gb Uplink capabilities.
