Cisco IAD2421-16FXS Integrated Access Device IAD2400 Series
The Cisco IAD 2421-16FXS integrated access device (IAD) aggregates multiple channels of data and voice/fax user-side traffic for transport over a single wide-area network (WAN) uplink. The Cisco IAD2421-16FXS can support up to sixteen FXS analog ports for analog devices such as phones or fax machines. Voice/fax traffic is transported by Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or by Voice over Asynchronous Transport Protocol (VoATM).
