The Allworx Connect 536 and 530 Call Queuing license (8211413) allows you to distribute incoming calls across ten queues in a ring all mode. With the Allworx analytical reporting you can even see the number of calls received, abandoned, answered, etc.
Please note: The Call Queuing feature is included with the Allworx Call Distribution (ACD) 8211412 license key.
