This warranty continues hardware coverage for the physical product and provides the ability to upgrade system software for an additional 36 months after the expiration of a purchased 4 year extended warranty. New Allworx 324 and 320 systems come with a one year hardware and software warranty from the date of installation.
Please note: The Allworx Connect 324 and 320 Continuing Hardware & Software Key (8321362) is NORMALLY available for purchase/activation only after the 4-year extended hardware warranty and software upgrade key package expires. However, for a limited time you can purchase this warranty on any expired Connect server until December 31, 2022... no matter when the warranty expired!
