The Allworx 6x License Call Assistant 8210013 is a live answer position (e.g., attendant console) that runs on a PC and works in conjunction with Allworx phones (required when using Allworx TAPI Driver). Please note that Call Assistant is no longer supported on System Software 8.0 or higher.
