The Allworx 536 and 530 Interact Sync License (8211440) will enable all users who have Interact Professional license to integrate Allworx with Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync), Outlook, and modern web browsers for a smooth one-click communication flow.
Interact Sync is included for Interact Professional users running System Software 8.2 or higher. All other Interact Professional users require:
- Separate Interact Sync server license
- System Software 8.0.8.6 or higher
- Interact Professional 2.3 or higher
