30 Day Warranty provided on products sold, some products may fall under original manufacture warranty. If product is received in a non-working order, contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). A refund or replacement of part will be given upon inspection of returned product, serial #s and tamper tag inspection. All parts are barcoded with Tamper Evident Seals, to protect both buyer and seller. Removal of tamper tags will void your warranty.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. Payment can be made via Company Check or credit card via Paypal. All Major Credit Cards are accepted including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Just call 508-523-2813 and we will process Credit Card over the phone.

Shipping carriers can be selected during the checkout process. Preferred carrier is UPS but if you prefer another method, please contact us directly to make alternate arrangements. We ship the same day or following day after payment is received. If you pay with ECHECK via PayPal it takes up to 4 days to clear from PayPal. Product will ship once payment clears. Tracking # will be sent to email address entered during the checkout process. Shipping charges can be estimated via an estimation tool on the shopping cart. Since these are estimates, additional shipping charges may be added to your order.
